POSITION
Creator Partnerships Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Creator Partnerships Coordinator at ContentJet, you will be responsible for hiring UGC creators for various projects, developing good connections within the UGC community and managing various projects in collaboration with Creative Directors.

You must:
- Stay informed about ongoing video projects, identifying the need for suitable content creators for each and meet deadlines.
- Utilize social media platforms and hiring websites to identify and recruit talented content creators.
- Conduct negotiations with content creators to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Cultivate and expand a network of content creators for future projects.
- Address queries from content creators regarding assignments and collaboration with our agency.
- Facilitate the contract process with content creators.
- Ensure content creators comprehend their assignments and adhere to timely video delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent written English skills
- Experience in account management.
- Experience in community management.
- Experience in UGC creator hiring is a plus.
- Optional: 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism.
- In-depth understanding of TikTok and other social media platforms
- Experience in content creation on social media, particularly TikTok.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
