Ad Creative Specialist (ACS)
Location: Remote (PHT hours)

Job Overview:

The Ad Creative Specialist (ACS) will work closely with our media buyer to create high-performing ad creatives, primarily for Facebook ads. The role involves developing engaging, attention-grabbing ads from idea to execution, often based on data insights from Facebook Ads Manager. In addition to executing requests from the media buyer, the ACS is expected to proactively generate new creative ideas based on trends, competitor analysis, and creative testing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the media buyer to understand performance data and create ads that drive measurable results (conversions).
* Develop and execute ad concepts from initial idea through to final creative.
* Create both static and video ad creatives
* Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends to ensure all creatives remain fresh, effective, and aligned with current consumer behaviour.
* Analyse competitors' ads and create ad variations designed to outperform.
* Take ownership of ad performance by continuously optimising creatives to drive lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
* Work closely with the founder to ensure alignment with brand goals and strategies.
* Test and iterate on ad creatives, coming up with new variations based on performance metrics.
* Maintain organised files of all creative assets for easy access and updates.

Skills and Experience:

* Proven experience in performance-based ad design, preferably with a focus on Facebook Ads.
* Strong understanding of creative trends and consumer behaviour.
* Ability to balance creative ideas with data-driven decisions.
* Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in creating creatives that drive results in terms of cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
* A proactive approach to identifying new ad opportunities and trends.

Performance Metrics:

* Success in this role will be measured by the performance of the ads you create, particularly in reducing cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
* Continuous iteration on creative designs based on what works and what doesn't.

Bonus Structure:

There are bonuses for ads that outperform previous winning creatives, which will be discussed during the hiring process.
