PART-TIME POSITION: 5$ per hour, 1,000.00 USD bonus on any deals we close that you made appointment.

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS: an A+ Player, a Great communicator, Has GREAT Energy to bring to the job, Real Estate Sales background, and the experience is needed.

This is a long-term position. When we close a deal that you set the appointment for you will get a 250$ Dollar Bonus. We close on average 3-5 deals per month.

We use Google Spreadsheets and Ring Central to make our outbound calls.

This is a Lead Manager and Appointment setting position for my Real Estate Investing company. Setting up appointments for our salespeople using Ring Central will be your main role. You will need to call our HOT LEADS and WARM LEADS daily and set up a time for our sales department to call these appointments that you set up.

We are looking for 3-5 appointments to be made weekly.

Also, leaving voi cemail s, and texts will be part of the job as well.

50 texts and 50 voi cemail s minimum daily

100 outbound daily phone calls minimum ******4 HOURS WORK DAYS M-F*****

Your job will be to call all of the HOT leads and set up an appointment for our sales and closing team.

Requirements:

The number one quality we are looking for is GREAT ENGLISH.

The second quality we are looking for is GREAT PERSONALITY. Someone who is not afraid to get on the phone and call our HOT leads.

You need to be personable and nice on the phone.

Our Appointment setter script is as follows:

Hey, this is ________________________. How are you doing today?

Do you have time to answer 3 questions and set up a good time for him to call you back?

1. What's the age of the Roof?

2. How old is the HVAC unit?

3. Has the interior of the property been updated in the past 5 years?

3. How quickly are you looking to sell the property?

Set up an appointment in Google Spreadsheet for our sales team to reach out to the home seller.
