Your Role

As part of my team, your job is to act as the voice of my personal brand on LinkedIn by commenting and interacting thoughtfully with my posts and those of key connections.

The role has 3 elements to it:
Jette helps them void them avoid that trap by:

1. Social Media Engagement
Liking and commenting on LinkedIn posts that we designate (speaking in Jette’s voice)
Commenting on Jette’s own posts by adding insightful comments to encourage additional engagement

2. LinkedIn Lead Generation, Direct Response Marketing and CRM Management
Reach out to 100 potential clients per week (speaking in Jette’s voice)
Respond to their messages, inviting to engage with Jette’s content
Add people to a CRM to keep track of who responds and follow-up with people
Help manage the community and connections within my LinkedIn network, ensuring that responses and comments are timely and aligned with my voice and message

3. Content Creation (Future work as hours increase, depending on your skills)
In the future, your role will expand to iinclude LinkedIn content creation and SEO research. Design and production of creative assets for social media (focus on LinkedIn infographics, carousels, and cheat sheets, Instagram graphics and carousels, Twitter and Instagram threads creations) If you have any of these skills now, that’d be great!

Key Skills Needed:

Strong written English communication skills with a keen understanding of tone and ability to follow the nuances of my brand voice
Very strong attention to detail
Positive “can do” attitude and willingness to take on tasks or any size and learn new things!
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility as the business scales
Willingness to take courses and learn how to use social media platforms

What You Get:

Starting at $300+/month for part-time work ($6+ per hour/12.5 hours per week to start)
Must be available 9:30pm - 11:00pm Manila Time, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for raises and bonuses based on performance
Flexible & Remote setup—As your hours increase, you control your own time. As long as you have a few hours online in Peak LinkedIn Engagement time around 9:30pm- 11:00pmPhST.
If the candidate is successful, there will be opportunities for pay rises and bonus’ depending on performance
Opportunities for professional growth, with potential to transition into more advanced social media or marketing roles
Flexible vacation time. If you need time off just book it off a week in advance.
