  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role

The Billing Representative will handle end to end insurance claims of our clients. He/she will maintain updated records and prepare required documentation to support the insurance claims. He/she is expected to provide excellent customer service when working with customers and dental clinics to resolve insurance claim issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to other problems related to medical claims.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Send claims and enter the insurance payments in the system.
  • Follow up on all outstanding insurance claims and leave notations in the system regarding claims status.
  • Ensure all reports are created and sent to the offices as per scheduled and/or as needed.
  • Strong experience in payment Posting is a MUST

Qualifications/Personality

  • Minimum 1 year experience in dental insurance billing.
  • With understanding of end to end medical claims and billing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency of any of the following software: Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Carestack and clearing houses.

Software and Tools:

  • Any of the dental software: Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and Carestack
  • Google Suite
  • Microsoft
  • Clearing Houses

Work Schedule:

  • Will start part-time for training on October 21, 2024; Then Full-time on November 1, 2024 onwards.
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (MST)

Rate: $10 per hour
