  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are a global outsourcing and agency solutions. In this role, you will be supporting logistics and delivery operations for one of our clients by coordinating tasks for Amazon drivers. We’re looking for proactive Virtual Assistants with strong communication skills, real-time problem-solving abilities, and tech-savviness to handle logistics dispatch across different shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch and coordinate Amazon drivers for timely deliveries
  • Manage emergency dispatches and resolve issues with delayed drivers
  • Assign routes and tasks to drivers based on daily priorities
  • Perform route-checking and ensure seamless coordination for deliveries
  • Use Excel or Google Sheets to generate reports and manage annual data
  • Analyze real-time challenges and provide logical solutions
  • Maintain strong communication with drivers and clients with minimal accent
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong logical thinking and tech-savvy
  • Ability to work in Central Timezone
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week, covering day, night, or mid-shift schedules
