Executive Assistant / General Operations:

-Tech savvy: MUST be familiar with Hubspot, Zapier, Asana or similar platforms. Expert level not required, but must be able to learn tech skills very quickly so familiarity with the platforms is required.

-Admin activities: Email sorting, travel booking, podcast guest scheduling, calendar scheduling for CEOs and all C Suite leaders

-Customer service: will be client facing answering questions, connecting new clients to their coaches, become a company liaison and Helpdesk support.

-Self motivated and independently driven - we are fast paced growing company that is moving quickly and adapting to the needs of the industry. Need this person to be able to wear many hats and be agile with constant change.

-Organization, prioritization and attention to detail - new tasks will be given daily, there will be some daily/weekly, but many that are thrown at you throughout the day. Must be able to reprioritize your day to meet the needed deadlines.

*1+ years of admin/EA experience REQUIRED
*Fluent English speaking
