Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an average of 30-35 tickets per day using AutoTask ticketing system via phone and email.

• Participate in daily Teams meetings on camera while clocked in.

• Provide top-tier IT support and customer service to healthcare professionals.

• Troubleshoot technical issues with a focus on effective problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills with a neutral accent.

• Tech-savvy with a solid foundation in IT technician skills.

• Must have dual monitors and the ability to support dual-monitor setups.

• Minimum system requirements: Core i5 (10th gen) or Ryzen 5 (5000 series) processor, and 16 GB RAM.

• Open to feedback and willing to adapt processes for improvement.

• A+ certification is preferred but not mandatory.
