The Role

The Sales Support Coordinator is a vital member of the Goway Travel team, responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support to our destination specialists. This role requires a combination of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. By efficiently managing bookings, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to process improvements, the Sales Support Coordinator plays a crucial role in driving the success of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all services are properly confirmed based on the requests of destination specialists, verifying details such as flight itineraries, accommodations, and activities.
  • Input booking details into the company’s booking system, maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  • Accurately process and manage bookings, ensuring all necessary information is captured and organized.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, such as filing, document management, and report generation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the sales support processes.
  • Works cooperatively with all team members to support the achievement of work plan activities designed to achieve identified goals and objectives.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Candidates must have 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar function
  • Candidates must have an In-depth knowledge of the travel industry.
  • Candidates must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Candidates must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidates must have good administrative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
