Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the owner of the company. This is a high-pressure role requiring the ability to think outside the box, handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality, and perform tasks with minimal mistakes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess exceptional problem-solving skills, and have the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Real Estate Investor experience a must.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and organize sensitive company information, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the owner.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of company events and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Anticipate the needs of the owner and proactively address potential issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the owner.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with US time zones and ability to work during the business hours.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism.
- Be comfortable for screen recording during your shift and having a well lit work station.
- Experience managing sensitive and confidential information.
