Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, General Manager.
Our client is a U.S-based healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions provider with a site in Clark, Philippines. They are looking for a General Manager to oversee the operations of the service delivery centre, with multiple lines of business and servicing clients all across the U.S.
Your responsibilities include:
- Partnering with HR, Sales, Operations, and Client Success to ensure appropriate staffing levels and capacity planning.
- Coordinating with Operations and Client Success to understand client expectations, dependencies, and milestones.
- Responsible for ensuring the overall Operations enabled provides required savings and committed business outcomes.
- Coordinating with Operations and Client Success to monitor quality, production, and outcome data for all services on a regular basis.
- Accountable for overall operational risk mitigation, escalation of issues, and resolution management.
- Managing the office footprint and ensures that the office complies with safety standards and supports delivery excellence.
- Acts as on-site management support for all roles reporting through US-based roles (e.g., HR).
Requirements:
- Domain expertise in Revenue Cycle, Customer Service, BPO and related areas.
- Strong knowledge of US-based Revenue Cycle Operations and US Healthcare are compulsory.
- Experience leading service delivery centers of 500+ FTEs.
- Experience in working with end clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-functional teams.
- 10-15 years of Operational and Leadership Experience
