  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Korn Ferry has partnered with our client on their search for the role, General Manager.

Our client is a U.S-based healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions provider with a site in Clark, Philippines. They are looking for a General Manager to oversee the operations of the service delivery centre, with multiple lines of business and servicing clients all across the U.S.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with HR, Sales, Operations, and Client Success to ensure appropriate staffing levels and capacity planning.
  • Coordinating with Operations and Client Success to understand client expectations, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Responsible for ensuring the overall Operations enabled provides required savings and committed business outcomes.
  • Coordinating with Operations and Client Success to monitor quality, production, and outcome data for all services on a regular basis.
  • Accountable for overall operational risk mitigation, escalation of issues, and resolution management.
  • Managing the office footprint and ensures that the office complies with safety standards and supports delivery excellence.
  • Acts as on-site management support for all roles reporting through US-based roles (e.g., HR).

Requirements:

  • Domain expertise in Revenue Cycle, Customer Service, BPO and related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of US-based Revenue Cycle Operations and US Healthcare are compulsory.
  • Experience leading service delivery centers of 500+ FTEs.
  • Experience in working with end clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-functional teams.
  • 10-15 years of Operational and Leadership Experience
