  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a talented Systems Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our valued customers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the installation, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various software solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless data transfers between accounting and ERP systems, while also delivering exceptional support and training to our clients. If you have a passion for technology, a strong background in cloud-based inventory management systems, and advanced knowledge in Xero, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers to successfully install, configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain a diverse range of software solutions.

Facilitate smooth data transfers between accounting and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Provide comprehensive support and training to clients, empowering them to effectively utilize our software solutions.

Administer inventory management processes, assisting clients with purchase order uploads, warehouse transfers, and stock adjustments.

Stay up-to-date with the latest software releases and advancements, identifying opportunities to enhance our client’s business operations.

Required Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Xero.

Advanced knowledge of at least one cloud-based inventory management system. Experience with Cin7 and/or Dear is desirable, although any cloud-based inventory system is acceptable.

Desired Qualifications:

Familiarity with Australian Accounting practices.

Experience in day-to-day procurement operations, specifically stock purchases.

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Advanced knowledge in at least one Accounts Payable (AP) document management system
