As a licensed REALTOR, I am looking to hire a dedicated and experienced virtual assistant to support my growing business. This role requires someone with a strong background in real estate and hands-on experience in managing investment projects and loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with loan processing for DSCR loans and hard money lending.
• Support fix-and-flip and new construction projects, including project coordination.
• Organize property data, reports, and project timelines.
• Manage communication with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors, real estate agents, and legal teams.
• Handle administrative tasks such as document management and scheduling.
• Perform market research and analyze property listings for investment opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate investment, lending, or project management.
• Knowledge of DSCR loans, hard money lending, and fix-and-flip projects is essential.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using real estate-related software tools (CRM, MLS, project management tools, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and a computer capable of handling real estate software.

Compensation:
