Qualifications

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data to drive decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities - Cold Email Marketing:

  • Design, implement, and manage cold email campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement.
  • Develop email content strategies and write persuasive, targeted email copy.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.

LinkedIn Lead Generation:

  • Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to connect with potential leads and build relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Use LinkedIn tools and features to identify and connect with relevant prospects, including advanced search and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
