Job Title: LinkedIn Lead Generation/Cold Email Marketing Specialist
Schedule: Full time; AU-Dayshift, 40 hours per week
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Cold Email Marketer cum LinkedIn Lead Generation specialist to develop and execute effective cold email campaigns and leverage LinkedIn for lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in crafting compelling email content, managing email outreach campaigns, and utilizing LinkedIn to connect with potential leads and decision-makers.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of proven experience in cold email marketing and LinkedIn lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator).
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and using data to drive decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns for better performance.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Previous experience in the education or e-learning industry is advantageous.

JOB DETAILS AS FOLLOWS :
Key Responsibilities - Cold Email Marketing:
- Design, implement, and manage cold email campaigns to generate leads and drive engagement.
- Develop email content strategies and write persuasive, targeted email copy.
- Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Maintain and segment email lists to ensure targeted messaging and compliance with various online regulations.
LinkedIn Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute LinkedIn outreach strategies to connect with potential leads and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Create and optimize LinkedIn profiles, company pages, and posts to enhance visibility and credibility.
- Use LinkedIn tools and features to identify and connect with relevant prospects, including advanced search and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Manage and track LinkedIn messaging campaigns and follow-ups to maximize response rates and conversions.
- Monitor LinkedIn analytics and metrics to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
- Share insights and feedback from email and LinkedIn campaigns to inform future marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices related to email marketing and LinkedIn lead generation.
