Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to manage our marketing and social media content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing effective Shopify landing pages, B2B sales, and email marketing. Your primary goal will be to achieve online sales milestones for wholesale accounts, consumer sales, and consumer subscription packages.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook , Twitter , LinkedIn).
Monitor and respond to audience engagement and inquiries in a timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics to optimize content strategy and increase brand awareness.
Shopify Landing Page Development
Design and develop effective landing pages on Shopify to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
Implement A/B testing to optimize landing page performance.
Ensure all landing pages are SEO-friendly and align with brand guidelines.
B2B Sales
Identify and reach out to potential wholesale clients and business partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B customers to drive sales growth.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Email Marketing
Create and manage email marketing campaigns to promote products, sales, and subscription packages.
Segment email lists and personalize content to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Sales Milestone Achievement
Develop strategies to meet or exceed online sales targets for wholesale, consumer sales, and subscriptions.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
Collaborate with the team to refine sales approaches based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role in marketing and sales.
Strong proficiency in social media management and content creation.
Experience with Shopify, specifically in developing high-converting landing pages.
Demonstrated success in B2B sales and client relationship management.
Proficient in email marketing platforms (e.g., Shopify, Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus.
Experience with SEO and digital advertising campaigns.
Graphic design skills for creating marketing materials.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
