We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional support to our CEO.
Responsibilities:
-Manage the CEO's email communication using G Suite efficiently and professionally.
-Act as a client point of contact, handling inquiries and requests via email and occasional phone calls.
-Assist with travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, hotels, and itineraries.
-Maintain a well-organized calendar and schedule appointments for the CEO.
-Prepare presentations and reports as needed.
-Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
-Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
-Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize deadlines.
-Proficient in G Suite applications (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
Salary: 35000 Php, will increase after the performance review
Working hours: Must be able to work during Central Time
