Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to conduct research and identify potential development sites that align with our project goals. You will utilize Searchland to gather data and create reports that will support our development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Use Searchland to locate and evaluate potential development sites.
Compile data on site characteristics, zoning, and availability.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and insights.
Communicate effectively with team members regarding progress and findings.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Familiarity with online research tools and databases.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in a virtual assistant role is required.
