We need a new Operations Manager to join our growing US Telco Progam.

As an Operations Manager, it is expected you achieve or exceed your goals/requirements as listed below:

  • Manage your respective program(s) daily ensuring that client goals and directives are met and even exceeded to keep and/or expand the business.
  • Manage supervisors, and mentors, and ensure program metrics are met.
  • Maintain team performance to achieve the monthly client target.
  • Document the performance statistics of their program and present it to the VP of Operations.
  • Make decisions concerning the center in the absence of the VP of Operations to ensure operational metrics are met.
  • Ensure respective program strategies are followed to ensure continuous growth and expansion of the business.
  • Submit reports to the VP of Operations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required (i.e. Progress Report).
  • Assist in evaluating the Supervisors constantly to ensure they achieve performance metrics and focus on areas of improvement.
  • Evaluate the agents on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis assessing their ability to meet or exceed performance metrics, focusing on the areas that need improvement.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the Supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Ownership of employee development.
  • Analyze program data and provide daily, weekly, or monthly trend reporting to VP of Operations.
  • Provide leadership to improve employee satisfaction and attrition.
  • Ensure policies and procedures, action plans, and budget plans are effectively met.
  • Identify the cause of ineffectiveness, systemic and process situations, and implement solutions.
  • Other responsibilities as designated by the company.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7+ years experience handling Telco and Sales programs in a call center setting
  • Solid Managerial Experience
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite)
  • Must be amenable to work on flexible schedules
  • Must not have any conflicts on their schedule in the next 180 days from start date
  • Must be amenable to work onsite
  • Must be amenable to work in Taguig
