Job Overview

As a Director of Brand Marketing, you will drive growth by leading new initiatives, strategically designing marketing plans, and executing them through collaboration and independent efforts. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the company's direction and making impactful, high-level decisions.

Raise the Bar and Lead the Charge with Strategic Campaigns

  • Develop long- and short-form copy and content, including email marketing campaigns, blogs, e-books, landing page content, case studies, PR announcements, and more.
  • Maintain brand voice throughout all content and communications.
  • Manage timelines and workloads for multiple projects across various practice areas.
  • Brainstorm, present, and deliver excellent content as part of integrated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Practice Leadership and Sales to execute various campaigns, including digital campaigns, virtual events/webinars, and field partner/customer events.
  • Achieve proficiency in product knowledge and leverage marketplace experience to best position our products.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts on the Product and Customer Success teams to support the Sales team by converting technical product knowledge into compelling messaging that engages the audience.
  • Run a metrics-driven marketing department, focusing on measurable performance and committing to continuous process improvement.
  • Utilize technology, such as HubSpot and Salesforce, to execute and track tactical and strategic initiatives to achieve overall company and marketing objectives.
  • Align corporate growth goals with marketing department objectives and identify strategies that support company growth.
  • Clearly define tactical marketing functions that support strategic marketing goals necessary to generate high-quality leads.
  • Lead all global communications and messaging strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage marketing team members, creating and assigning tasks using leadership and project management skills.

Arm Yourself with Skills to Lead the Charge in Marketing Innovation

You possess the exceptional ability to create remarkable marketing strategies by understanding your audience, products, and market dynamics, while leading a high-performing team with intelligence and curiosity in challenging environments.

  • A B.S./B.A. in English, Marketing, or Communications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing consulting experience and/or experience leading marketing efforts for a software technology company.
  • At least 3 years of experience in setting strategic marketing direction for a rapidly growing business-to-business company or product.
  • Proven experience managing and delegating tasks to direct reports, motivating a team through tailored coaching and development.
  • Significant experience in digital marketing project management, including websites, emails, social media, and paid/owned media campaigns.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to manage programs effectively.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with leadership, business development, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Proficient in using a content management system; HubSpot preferred.
  • Experience using graphics systems; Canva preferred.
  • A strong technical acumen, including experience with enterprise tools like Pardot and Salesforce.
  • A focus on metrics analytics and experience translating metrics into overall ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • A history of success in increasing brand recognition and implementing unique marketing campaigns that drive MQL generation.
  • A high level of motivation and an entrepreneurial drive to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
