  • FULL STACK experience when it comes to product development/improvement, from A to Z. Someone that can take care of everything product related and be the manager of this department as the team grows.

The Company:

We are a fast growing ecommerce company selling over the counter hearing aids in the United States. We specialize in direct response marketing on facebook ads and other platforms. We have a team of 50+ Employees, all remote and around the world.

Our goal is to develop a world class product that can help millions of Americans suffering from hearing loss and combine it with our cutting edge direct response marketing to scale it to multiple 9 figures per year within the next 2 years.

The Role:

We are looking for someone to lead our product development team and consistently improve it until it’s the best in the market.

Initially you will be the only one in this department, this is why an overall knowledge on product development and improvement is required. Secondly, this type of broad knowledge, “full stack” as we like to call it, is also going to be crucial as we hire more people for this team and you become the manager.

  5. Customer Feedback and Quality Metrics
  6. Cost-Quality Optimization
  7. Documentation and Reporting
  8. Anything else that falls into improving the product

Important Note from the founder:

Until now nebroo has been fully built on the marketing side. We have been able to grow from 2 employees to 50+ in the span of 4 months, this is mainly because of how good we are in marketing and because of my prior knowledge in ecommerce(this is not my first venture).

We are also doing decently well on the operations side of things still because of my past knowledge.

But the biggest challenge that we are facing right now is that we want to improve the product and make it become world class, but me not having any experience in product development/improvement is making it pretty challenging.

As you read from the job post we offer high salary and have the intention to roll out equity, this is because we are looking for someone that is world class, the best of the best.

I would love to find someone that is truly passionate about hearing aids, deeply cares about making our hearing aids the best in the market and of course wants to get a piece of our future multi 9 figure exit while getting paid very well as we get there.

Equity:

I realized pretty quickly that there are almost no big companies where the equity is fully held by 1 person, to have fast growth and to build something big you need to create an appealing opportunity for world class talent, essentially creating an environment where everyone can grow together and reach their financial and non financial goals.

This is why for this position, and also for others in the company, I have decided to roll out equity.

Equity won’t start on day 1, we will roll it out after a while of working together, however day 1 there is going to be profit share on the ebitda that is going to match the same % as the future equity.

Essentially it will be almost the same in the short term, and by the time we reach the exit, it will already have been converted into equity. This is the high overview plan, further details will be discussed in the next steps.

Salary:

The Initial Salary is extremely dependent on your background and the value that you are going to provide to the company from day one. The higher the value you are going to provide(based on your track record), the higher the salary. I honestly don’t want to stop world class talent applying for this position, therefore I am not going to set any salary. I don’t want that anyone may think “this is not enough for me” instead I want those exact people to apply and to match their salary expectations. Because I have no issues in paying very well when the value provided is very high.
