Job Overview:
We seek a highly organized and proactive General Executive Assistant to support executive-level management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This role involves handling various administrative and executive support-related tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
Calendar and Scheduling Management:

Manage and coordinate executive calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Organize travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
Communication:

Screen, prioritize, and respond to email s, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
Draft, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Administrative Support:

Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and purchasing requests.
Project Management:

Assist in organizing and managing special projects.
Track deadlines, and progress, and provide status updates.
Office Management:

Oversee office supplies and equipment.
Manage vendors and coordinate office-related activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
Experience using project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com .
Knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks or familiarity with expense management platforms.
Previous experience supporting C-level executives.
Soft Skills:
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities.
