Our e-commerce skincare brand (US-based) is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support over the phone. Your expertise in handling customer inquiries, processing refunds, and occasionally upselling products will be put to the test as you become the voice of our brand to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound customer service calls, providing support for skincare product usage
-Process refunds and returns according to company policies
-Upsell additional products when appropriate
-Occasionally make outbound calls to update customers on order status
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
-Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
-Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
-Excellent communication skills with a very good English accent
-Ability to handle inbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently
-Experience in customer support (sales experience is a plus but not required)
-Skilled at multitasking and adapting to various customer needs
-Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
-Must have a good quality headset for clear communication
-Reliable internet connection for remote work

Salary and Schedule
-The salary is $4 per hour
-Additional bonuses for each refund saved thanks to your support and each products you upsell to customers
-8-hour shifts, Monday to Saturday - EST timezone
