Part-Time Social Media Manager (with Potential for Expanded Responsibilities)

We are seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies to increase brand awareness, grow our online community, and drive engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Green Kulture's brand and marketing goals.
Create and curate high-quality, informative, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook , Twitter , and LinkedIn.
Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media activity.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that support product launches, events, and other initiatives.
Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices in the cannabis industry.
Potentially assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed, based on your skills and interests.

Qualifications:

Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of social media tone and style.
Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
Strong visual content creation skills, including experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
Passion for the cannabis industry and Green Kulture's mission.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Availability to create content during 7 PM EST.
