Position Overview:
The Immigration Case Manager (Legal Assistant) will play a vital role in assisting with the preparation and submission of immigration applications, organizing documentation, and ensuring smooth internal processes. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering high-quality work under time-sensitive conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing applications and filing forms for immigration in different categories.
Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Organize files and maintain an efficient filing system for easy access to important documents.
Create and update templates and internal process documents as needed.
Other projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) is required.
Experience working with Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records is essential.
Experience in the immigration industry is an asset.
