I'm looking for a talented appointment setter to BOOK DISCOVERY CALL MEETINGS for us. This is a unique commission-based opportunity to grow with the agency.

We serve real estate agents in the US and UK and help them generate more income by getting them more qualified leads using paid social media ads.

???? About Us: We specialise in lead generation for real estate agents using paid social media ads. We also offer CRM development and lead qualification and nurturement for our real estate agents as well. We then book these qualified leads into the estate agent’s calendar so they can close more deals and make more income.


???? What I’m Offering:

- Compensation:
It's commission-based for now (per meeting signed). While there’s no fixed salary yet, there’s a big opportunity for us to grow together, with the role evolving to a full time position if results are achieved

- Experience:
This is a great chance to hone your cold calling skills in the real estate sector. By actually calling the estate agents themselves.

- Training:
Tailored training will be provided to you so you can understand our service and the type or realtors we want to work with

- Leads Provided:
You will have all the leads supplied to you, so you can just focus on connecting with potential clients. These leads will be cold and so you must have the necessary skills to showcase our value and persuade them to book a call.

- UK & US Business:
You'll need to be able to call during standard UK & US business hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday for both timezones).

???? What I’m Looking For:
- Experience in cold calling or appointment setting (preferred, but not a must)

- Great communication skills

- Ability to work independently and efficiently

- A bit of familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus

- No strong accents

- Confidence and resilience (estate agents are tough to cold call)

- Reliability
