The Role

  • Passion for helping customers and providing stellar customer service.
  • Ability to use social media such as Twitter, Facebook, and Zendesk to support customers.
  • Sales and service-oriented with a demonstrated ability to listen, identify sales opportunities, and solve problems proactively.
  • Escalate content to the team that you are unsure of.
  • The successful candidate will work with our support requests via an online support portal, email, and in some cases, customer phone calls.
  • You will be a part of a fast-paced mobile communications company.

Ideal Profile

Experience Required

  • 6 months to 1 year of call center experience.
  • Experience handling TELCO and EMAIL/CHAT accounts.

Advantages

  • Knowledge of iOS and Android devices.
