Overview

This key position is responsible for building, engaging and maintaining good relationship with partners specific to the eCommerce industry, to ensure good sales performance for digital, particularly new industries that may be tapped to become partners of DITO. Account Manager will develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans for companies and organizations that do business on the Web and for them to carry DITO products and generate sales. The position needs to stay current with the online marketing environment, ecommerce news and various industry trends to better serve the interests of both the DITO community and the partners.

Functions

To oversee:

Partner Acquisition – Create new partnerships within the eCommerce Vertical Markets (e.g., 3C, Travel, Fintech, etc.). Come up with new strategies to approach and explore potential partners and agree to carry DITO products within their platforms. Since the job will concentrate on digital partners, the candidate must be able to easily grasp the processes internally and coordinate effectively with the Digital Operations on partner requirements.

Acquire Sales – Maintain a good relationship between DITO and acquired partners. Create programs for new partners to increase sales performance. Maintain and exceed sales targets for the acquired partners.

Marketing – Sound knowledge of the online industry and eCommerce usability to apply to the different campaigns or efforts to be done by the accounts management team.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business Administration, and/or relevant formal academic background
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to 5+ years, with at least 2 years handling accounts or sales
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Adept exposure in Accounts Management and doing campaigns to boost sales performance
  • Exposure to digital and ecommerce industry, its news, and trends
