Your Role
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
- Bi-weekly All Team meetings
- Monthly reviews

About the Client
Has a long history of providing top-notch HVAC, plumbing, and commercial refrigeration services in the Indiana area. The business has grown and evolved through generations. Over the years, the client became a Premier Lennox Dealer, a Diamond Dealer for Mitsubishi products, and a Bosch ABC Dealer. With a dedicated team we continue to serve our community with exceptional service and expertise.
We are currently looking for a Operations Assistant to join our team. This role will support the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and detailed data entry in Service Titan, ensuring customer records and equipment registrations are up to date.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining the backend of Service Titan, including learning and implementing new features by researching online resources and tutorials.
- Utilize technical expertise to set up and optimize Service Titan, ensuring the platform is configured to maximize its full capabilities for business operations.
- Manage payroll using Gusto.
- Troubleshoot and resolve internal technical issues related to Service Titan, providing timely support to the team.
- Regularly update service prices and ensure accuracy in all service offerings.
- Type estimates using provided templates from the sales team.
- Help with documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with any other tasks that may arise.
- Help in transitioning estimates from QuickBooks and other business operations fully into Service Titan, providing backend support during this phase.
Requirements:
- Prior experience with Service Titan is required.
- Self-starter and willing to learn by researching tutorials and videos.
- Tech-Savvy and comfortable learning new technology, software, and online tools for managing operations.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry, estimates, and equipment registrations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Experience or background in HVAC and plumbing is preferred.
- QuickBooks proficiency is preferred.
- Familiarity with Gusto will be an advantage
- Has strong comprehension and good communication skills, including strong command of English.
- Skilled in creating and managing documentation and SOPs for ongoing operations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, from data entry to miscellaneous research tasks.
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):
- $800-$1000 depending on experience
- 13th month pay
