  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting:
Conduct email blasts using Constant Contact.
Follow up with warm email s and calls to potential clients, leveraging our AI tool for effective outreach.
AI List Building:
Create and manage seamless email lists to enhance outreach efforts.
CRM Support:
Perform data entry and maintain records in Capsule CRM.
Voice Services:
Handle incoming calls and forward them as necessary.
Conduct follow-up and cold calls to clients.
Administrative Support:
Manage email correspondence and calendar scheduling.
Schedule appointments efficiently to optimize the team’s time.
QuickBooks Support:
Process quote requests through QuickBooks to streamline client interactions.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management or related roles.
Familiarity with email marketing tools, particularly Constant Contact.
Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Capsule CRM.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.


RATE : $8 per hour, US TIMEZONE
