My name is Karlos, I am launching a new business selling products for hair with options for a subscription service.To bring this vision to life, I’m seeking a versatile and skilled individual to manage the back-end operations, from website management to CRM integration, ad management, and administrative support.

The Role is:
Website and CRM Manager
You will be the backbone of our digital presence, responsible for building and maintaining our website, Your tasks will include:
• Website Management: Build, launch, and maintain our website, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Experience with platforms like Shopify is preferred, as this will likely be our primary tool.
• CRM Integration: Link the website with a CRM platform to collect email s, manage contacts, and facilitate sales.
• Landing Pages: Create and edit landing pages quickly and efficiently, supporting lead generation and database building.
• IT Support: Troubleshoot and fix any IT issues that may arise, ensuring the digital side of the business operates seamlessly.
• Graphic Design: If you have graphic design skills, that's a bonus! If not, you’ll work with a designer to ensure our visuals align with our brand.
• Email and Payment Gateways: Set up and maintain email addresses, payment gateways, and other necessary backend systems.
• Email sync: Help me set up automated email s to send out via the CRM
• Marketing automation: experience with marketing campaigns from generating leads to motivating leads to take the next step to move them towards a sale.
Key Skills Required:
• Website building and maintenance
• CRM management and integration
• IT troubleshooting and support
• Landing page creation
• Experience with Shopify (preferred)
• Basic graphic design (bonus)
• Email and payment gateway setup
