We are seeking an experienced Listing Optimization Team Lead to join our dynamic team and lead our listing optimization efforts, ensuring excellence across all partner projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA): Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of designers, content specialists, and SEO experts. Ensure all tea m me mbers are aligned with company goals and client objectives, holding the team accountable for performance. Report regularly to the manager on team performance, milestones, and areas for improvement to ensure transparency and continuous growth.

- Visual & Content Architecture: Develop a tailored visual architecture plan for each client, ensuring that every product listing reflects their unique branding, voice, and style. Create detailed design briefs for graphic designers, outlining all necessary visual elements for execution, including product images, infographics, and lifestyle photos. Oversee the design execution, making key decisions on visual elements that enhance engagement, conversion, and alignment with the client's goals.

- SEO & Keyword Strategy: Lead the development of SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and ongoing performance tracking, to improve listing visibility and search ranking across Amazon and other platforms. Make data-driven decisions to continually refine and optimize these strategies based on performance metrics.

- Project & Pipeline Management: Manage the project pipeline using ClickUp, ensuring all tasks are organized and moving forward on schedule. Balance multiple client projects, prioritizing and making decisions on task delegation and timelines to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality listings on time.

- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon policies, SEO trends, and industry best practices. Apply new knowledge to continuously optimize listings and enhance performance. Foster a culture of learning within the team by encouraging ongoing education and skill development.

- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Regularly report on the performance of product listings, highlighting key metrics such as rankings, traffic, and conversion rates. Provide insights and make recommendations based on data to improve future listing optimizations. Submit detailed performance reports on both team and listing outcomes to keep leadership informed on progress and results.

- Content Research, Validation, & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough research on product features, customer pain points, and competitor listings to create robust and comprehensive product listings. Review and validate the first draft to ensure all key features and benefits are included, addressing customer concerns or purchase barriers. Regularly review listings, graphics, and digital assets to maintain consistency with company standards, making improvements based on analytics and best practices.

- OBM Digital Asset Management: Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of Online Biz Mome ntum’s (OBM) internal digital assets, including graphic templates, content libraries, and other resources. Ensure assets are efficiently cataloged, easy to access, and consistently updated to support internal team efforts and client projects.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Leadership & Strategic Decision Making: Demonstrates strong leadership in managing and aligning the team with project goals and the organization's vision. Proven experience in motivating and managing a team in a fast-paced environment, achieving clear results in accountability and performance. Capable of considering both short-term and long-term outcomes, making sound decisions to prioritize team deliverables. Proactively identifies challenges and opportunities, ensuring decisions support listing optimization and align with company-wide SOPs and communication protocols..

- Expert in Amazon Listing Optimization: Deep understanding of Amazon’s algorithm, product listing guidelines, and best practices for increasing organic rankings, conversions, and customer engagement.
Project Management Expertise: Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines, preferably using ClickUp or similar project management software. Skilled in making strategic decisions to ensure timely and successful project execution.

- SEO and Digital Marketing Knowledge: Expertise in creating SEO strategies, using keyword tools, optimizing listings for search, and monitoring ongoing performance. Experience with Data Dive is preferred.
Acuity in Visual Communication: Strong understanding of design principles and how to effectively communicate visual concepts, enabling informed decision-making and collaboration on revisions. Familiarity with graphic design software, allowing you to assess design possibilities and guide the team in creating more engaging, impactful visuals that align with branding and strategy.

- Highly Organized: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain structure within a fast-paced environment, ensuring projects are tracked, deadlines are met, and resources are used efficiently.

- Mentorship & Team Development: Experience in coaching and guiding tea m me mbers through revisions and improvements to listings, ensuring that designs and content meet both client and company expectations.
Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years in Amazon Listing Optimization or a related field in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in optimizing product listings.

- Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, ClickUp, or similar marketplace optimization and project management platforms.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions on optimizations.

- Marketing Background: A good understanding of marketing principles as they relate to design and product positioning. Ability to leverage marketing strategies to enhance visual elements and optimize product listings for improved customer engagement and conversion.
