Job Description

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize vendor performance and cost savings.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality service delivery and compliance.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their offerings.
  • Analyze procurement data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with organizational goals.
  • Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular reviews to assess compliance with contracts and service-level agreements.
  • Lead contract negotiations to achieve favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to team members on vendor management best practices.
  • Reduces unnecessary spending by optimizing certain purchases
  • Sets targets and tracks to ensure targets are being met

Requirements

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Preferably with prior experience in the Warehouse, E-commerce, Logistics field
  • Preferably with deep knowledge of how e-commerce & logistics and manpower companies operate locally and regionally
  • Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Must be willing to station in Ortigas; Fieldwork if needed
