Nautical Staffing is Looking for a Financial & Project Analyst to support our client in the Real estate business focusing in home improvement with cost-effective energy solutions in the state of Denver.

Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans focused on energy and water efficiency technologies, integrating financial and performance analyses.
Financial Analysis: Perform detailed financial modeling to assess project viability, calculate cost savings, and evaluate return on investment for proposed projects.
AI-Assisted Data Entry: Utilize AI tools to assist with data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing project data.
T12 Expense & Balance Sheets: Collect and input T12 expense data (including address, unit mix, and property details for multifamily, student, and senior housing projects) into underwriting models, providing a clear view of financial performance.
Underwriting & Utility Savings: Leverage understanding of Real Estate Profit and Loss (P&L) statements to underwrite opportunities for utility savings and cost optimization.
Collaboration with Management: Work closely with the Manager to assemble front-end project packets, including intake, financial models, and final analysis reports.
Sales Process Management: Support the sales process from start to finish, coordinating between bills, data models, and analysis to ensure seamless project execution.
Data Collection & Tracking: Gather and organize project data, ensuring accurate tracking of workload, milestones, and deliverables across various real estate projects.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients, providing timely updates and insights on project progress.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide ad-hoc analysis support as required for special projects, delivering actionable insights that guide business decisions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in project analysis with a focus on energy and water efficiency technologies is preferred
Strong financial analysis skills with a focus on cost savings and ROI evaluation.
Solid understanding of Real Estate P&L statements and utility savings underwriting.
Experience with data collection, project tracking, and workload management.
Excellent communication skills for both internal team collaboration and client interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other financial modeling tools.
Experience working in a remote environment, preferably within the real estate or energy sector.
Familiarity with energy performance contracts (EPCs) or similar financial structures.
Knowledge of sustainability practices, energy management, or green building certifications.
Prior experience working on utility savings projects for real estate portfolios.
Availability to work during Mountain Standard Time (MST) business hours.
