Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  • Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize email communications and respond on behalf of CEO when required.
  • Monitor and follow up on important tasks and deadlines.
  • Coordinate virtual events, meetings, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
