Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Conduct research and compile data as needed.
- Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize email communications and respond on behalf of CEO when required.
- Monitor and follow up on important tasks and deadlines.
- Coordinate virtual events, meetings, and conferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in managing remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience supporting C-suite executives.
