IT Application Support - Cargowise One System

Job Description:

• Administration / 2nd level support of transport management systems (CargoSoft and CargoWise One).
• Creation of user documentation.
• Trainer role in user training (including training on the job).
• Recording and processing customer requirements.
• Advising and training specialist departments in the use of CargoSoft, CargoWise One and Wice CRM.
• Coordinate and test new software releases.

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, or any equivalent.
• With 3 years' experience in at least one specialized area of international ocean and air freight forwarding (ocean freight or air freight).
• Very good knowledge of forwarding processes and practical experience in supply chain management.
• Very good knowledge and understanding of common transport management systems such as CargoWise One.
• Initial key user experience is desirable.
• Analytical, independent and solution-oriented working style required.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Very good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and high service orientation.
