Salary Range: PHP 80, 000 - 100 ,000 per month

The Role

Update and monitor commission payouts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Manage partner communication, including responding to inquiries and maintaining the partner inbox.
Maintain daily performance trackers to monitor key metrics and identify trends.
Request and provide exclusive promotional codes to partners as needed.
Update and maintain various trackers, including recruitment, placements, and optimizations.
Process monthly voids and edits, compiling a comprehensive monthly recap for internal and client review.
Upload offers and promotional assets to network platforms to ensure campaigns are live and accurate.
Help prepare slides for PowerPoint presentations summarizing insights based on Affiliate Marketing data, or key business discussions
Preparing email newsletters for Affiliate Outreach
Process placement payments to network platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
Download and prepare performance reports using templated deliverables for End of Week (EOW), End of Month (EOM), and End of Year (EOY) reporting in a proprietary analytics tool.
Ad hoc analyses for clients (e.g. competitor research)

The Requirements:
3+ years of affiliate marketing experience
Advanced experience with affiliate network platforms (Commission Junction, Impact, etc.)
Advanced experience with Brandverity or similar tool
Excel proficiency (advanced)
1+ years experience working in an agency environment
Experience working with multiple clients/brands
