Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in various data entry tasks and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing financial and operational data, maintaining records, and assisting in routine reporting and clerical functions. This role demands discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry into financial and operational databases.
Maintain and update internal records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist with the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and documentation.
Support the CFO with administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Verify the accuracy of data entered by cross-referencing with source documents.
Help with filing, organizing financial documents, and coordinating with other departments for information collection.
Assist in maintaining budget records and tracking expenditures.
Prepare reports and presentations as requested by the CFO.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures when handling sensitive data.
Perform other clerical and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
Proven experience in data entry, financial documentation, and administrative support.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with financial or accounting systems such as Quickbooks.
Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Prior experience supporting executives or senior management.
Knowledge of bookkeeping or basic accounting principles is a plus.
