You'll be the "right-hand" to our real estate professionals, ensuring that every deal runs smoothly, from listing properties to managing client inquiries. What you’ll do:

Property Management: Help update property listings, manage schedules for property showings, and follow up with prospective buyers and sellers.
Client Interaction: Manage client communications through email , chat, and phone, ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction.
Research & Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and gather market research to keep our database up-to-date.
Document Management: Assist with preparing contracts, managing paperwork, and ensuring everything is signed and filed properly.
Calendar & Email Management: Keep track of appointments, deadlines, and inquiries to make sure nothing is missed.
Social Media Assistance: Help create and schedule posts to promote listings and keep our online presence fresh and engaging.
You’re perfect for this role if you:

Have a knack for organizing and can juggle multiple tasks without dropping any balls.
Are an excellent communicator—both written and verbal.
Have experience with real estate platforms (like Zillow, MLS, or similar).
Love being proactive and can figure things out even when given minimal directions.
Are comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
