About the Company: Pipeline Medical streamlines medical facilities' medical supplies and pharmaceutical ordering, reduces the cost of supplies, and provides white-glove material management and customer service. The company has developed a unique MedTech marketplace integrated with dozens of suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors around the United States.
Pipeline Medical is seeking a high-performing sales director to lead our sales and account management team. In the position, you will lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team that services medical facilities across the PH, providing medical supplies, surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and medical aesthetic products.
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, sales funnel, and customer life cycle. Your responsibility is to attract and retain new customers while servicing existing customers to ensure Pipeline Medical is their primary source for their medical and pharmaceutical products.
The position of a systematic sales director at Pipeline Medical is of utmost importance. Your understanding of how to develop, execute, and improve the internal sales process is crucial to ensure our sales goals are met on a monthly, quarterly, and annually basis. You will play a pivotal role in driving our sales strategy and sales operations, and your knowledge of data analysis, process documentation, and system-driven approaches will be instrumental in optimizing our sales processes and achieving our growth objectives.
You believe that sales are a systematic process. Like a sports team, everyone needs to use the same playbook, have a specific role, and follow a specific process to achieve the desired results. You must have built, led, scaled, and coached a high-performing sales team with a track record of success.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for meeting or surpassing the company's sales goals. Each tea m me mber is expected to meet or exceed their sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
You'll identify, recruit, and develop top-performing sales talent, building a dream team that thrives in a competitive landscape. Lead and inspire your team composed of both US-based and offshore talent.
Ensure each sales employee follows the sales and sales process through the entire sales cycle. Suggest and improve the sales process to ensure further success, automation, and streamlining workflows. Work collaboratively across teams to implement improvements promptly.
Leverage data analytics to gain insights, optimize sales processes, and make informed decisions to maximize ROI, identify sales and growth opportunities
Lead your team to identify current customers with high potential spending. Build and nurture relationships to convert each customer into a higher-spending customer. Develop relationships with high-potential clients, which will develop into new sales opportunities
Work hand in-hand with your team to close new leads, attract referrals, and execute on business development to meet and surpass your sales goal
Collaborate with the marketing department to align sales and marketing efforts effectively.
Prioritize time to coach, mentor, and train the sales team and develop sales training material to train new hires efficiently.
Leverage CRM and other sales management systems to track and analyze sales activities.
Maintain and meet sales expenses to stay within budget.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
10+ years of sales management experience, with a proven history of exceeding sales targets
leading, building and scaling a sales team and sales organization.
Experience in building, developing, executing, and modifying the sales processes across the entire life cycle of a customer to maximize opportunity and ROI.
Prior experience working within the medical supply, medical distribution, pharmaceutical wholesaling, healthcare GPOs or medical aesthetic industry.
Leads through the sales process and holds the team accountable for hitting goals.
Utilizes data to make critical and difficult decisions.
Ability to celebrate wins and victories.
Coaches, leads, inspires, and empowers your team to make smart and impactful decisions.
You attract talent and assists with recruiting to build an A-level sales team.
