We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.

Job Summary:
As the Sales Lead at Cherry Hill Advisory, you will be responsible for driving the company’s sales strategy, identifying and converting new business opportunities, and building lasting relationships with clients. You will collaborate with the leadership team to set sales targets and implement initiatives that align with the company's overall goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the financial services industry, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of achieving sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities in the CFO services and advisory market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, industry partners, and referral sources.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment on client solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
Represent Cherry Hill Advisory at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences.
Train and mentor junior sales staff (if applicable).

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within financial services, consulting, or professional services industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and establish trust quickly.
Strong understanding of outsourced CFO services, financial advisory, or similar fields.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
