Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Client Retention Specialist with proven success in client communication roles. This position involves handling client feedback and check-in calls. You will play a vital role in gathering feedback after content delivery and checking in with clients who haven’t booked in over 30 days. Your ability to structure efficient communication processes and introduce KPIs will be essential to this role’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client feedback calls post-content delivery to gather insights on their experience.
Perform check-in calls with clients who haven’t booked our services in over 30 days.
Develop and implement systems to manage client communications and feedback efficiently.
Introduce KPIs and measurable goals to track the effectiveness of feedback and check-in calls.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services during calls.
Maintain accurate records of all client communications and feedback.
Work closely with our team to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a client-facing role, with strong examples of successful communication and retention strategies.
Fluent in English with a clear, confident, and professional phone manner; minimal accent preferred to ensure smooth client communication.
MUST provide recordings of previous client or customer calls as part of the application to demonstrate phone communication skills and tone.
Ability to take initiative in structuring and implementing new communication processes. Please include the word "Gray" in the subject line of your application email .
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software or client management systems is a plus.
Sales skills are not mandatory but would be helpful when identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Ability to analyze feedback and offer actionable, data-driven recommendations.
