Job Overview: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and efficient Data Operations Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will review flagged reports of bank statements, pay stubs, and identity verifications for loan and apartment leasing applicants. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of applicant data to support our fast-paced screening and verification process.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify applicant identification documents, including government-issued IDs, bank statements, pay stubs, and other financial records.
Analyze flagged reports to ensure all information meets our verification criteria and standards.
Identify potential inconsistencies or fraudulent activities in applicant data and escalate issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate data records, ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or missing information in applicant files.
Provide exceptional attention to detail to ensure the highest quality and accuracy of all verifications.
Meet daily/weekly quotas for reviewing and processing verification reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry, data review, or administrative roles, preferably in finance, property management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with reviewing financial documents such as pay stubs, bank statements, or tax returns.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable working in a remote, virtual environment.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.
Previous experience in loan processing, applicant screening, or a similar role in the multifamily property management industry is highly desirable.
