We are seeking an experienced Apollo.io Expert to support our lead generation and sales efforts. Our goal is to connect with businesses across the United States that are looking for high-quality virtual assistant (VA) services from the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Apollo.io 's lead generation platform and proven experience in generating high-quality leads that convert into sales. This role will be key in helping us scale our operations and increase our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Utilize Apollo.io to build a pipeline of qualified business leads in the United States looking for virtual assistant services.
Create, manage, and optimize lead lists using Apollo.io ’s advanced search and filtering tools.
Use Apollo.io ’s email enrichment tools to gather detailed contact information such as email s, phone numbers, and social media profiles for potential leads.

Sales Engagement:
Set up automated email sequences using Apollo.io to engage with leads and ensure consistent follow-up.
Personalize outreach efforts by tailoring messaging to specific industries, company sizes, and job roles.
Track and analyze the performance of outreach campaigns, refining strategies based on open rates, reply rates, and conversions.

Data Management:
Maintain accurate lead and customer data within Apollo.io , ensuring that all lead information is up-to-date and correctly categorized.
Provide detailed reports on lead generation and sales efforts, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals and marketing campaigns.
Assist in refining lead generation strategies and expanding outreach efforts.

Key Qualifications:
Apollo.io Expertise: Proven experience in using Apollo.io for lead generation and sales, especially within the virtual assistant or outsourcing industry.

Lead Generation: Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads, building targeted lead lists, and converting them into sales opportunities.


Email Campaigns: Experience in creating and managing automated email campaigns and follow-up sequences within Apollo.io .

Sales Tools: Proficiency in Apollo.io ’s sales engagement tools and integrations with CRM systems.

Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize lead generation and sales performance.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling outreach messages.

Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in targeting businesses in the United States, especially those interested in outsourcing or virtual assistant services.
Knowledge of or experience working with virtual assistant services in the Philippines.
Familiarity with other lead generation tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, and email marketing platforms is a plus.
