  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative with 4-6 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will engage in outbound sales activities, build strong client relationships, and help close deals. Your focus will be on identifying leads, understanding client translation needs, and collaborating with the marketing team to align on messaging and sales strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and emailing using tools like Apollo and HubSpot.
  • Schedule and lead Zoom calls with potential clients to understand their translation requirements.
  • Prepare and present quotes to clients, and follow up to ensure deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the marketing manager to ensure messaging and strategy alignment.
  • Proactively identify and qualify potential leads, building and maintaining a sales pipeline.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and client engagement, providing insights to improve performance.

What You'll Need:

  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the translation or a related service industry.
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals.
  • Proficiency in sales tools like Apollo and HubSpot for lead tracking and communication.
  • Experience in preparing quotes and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and client management.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in using sales CRM tools like Apollo and HubSpot.
  • Presentation & Negotiation Skills: Expertise in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and negotiating to close deals.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with marketing and other teams to align on messaging and strategy.
