Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant, whose primary responsibilities involve data entry and administrative tasks, with a slight focus on accounting.

WORK SCHEDULE: TBD – Australia Time, follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

Essential Functions

  • Handle data entry
  • Provide administrative support
  • Provide accounting and client support
  • Prepare account reconciliations
  • Manage documents and collection
  • Provide research support
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed by the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience using Oracle NetSuite ERP is highly regarded but not essential
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Aptitude in data management and customer relationships
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
