Job Overview:
We seek an experienced Senior Document Controller to manage, organize, and oversee all company documents and records. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control all company operations, projects, and regulatory compliance documentation.

• Oversee document distribution, tracking, and retrieval to ensure accessibility and security.
• Ensure all documents comply with internal and external standards and regulations, particularly for tree service and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with departments to develop document management protocols and standards.
• Implement and manage digital document control systems, ensuring ease of access and security.
• Monitor document control metrics and adjust procedures to improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits of documentation and record-keeping systems to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Train staff on proper document control procedures and tools, ensuring company-wide adherence to standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to document processing, including reporting and record maintenance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, preferably in a service-based or construction industry.
• Expertise in both physical and digital document control systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards for document management and regulatory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of document management software (e.g., SharePoint).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to ensure transparent, effective collaboration across departments.
• Experience with file audits and implementing document control procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the tree service, landscaping, or construction industries.
