  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

We’re seeking experienced, driven real estate Transaction Coordinators in all 50 states. This position is ideal for a customer service-oriented person who will serve as the main point of contact for our clients and manage all parts of the contract to close transactions

2. You have experience in Real Estate Transaction Management and have been given great reviews by your clients.

Job Duties:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for transaction relationships (Title/Attorney, Lender, etc.).
2. Utilize our software and systems to run all transactions with excellence and efficiency.
3. Manage all critical dates, details, documents and communications.
4. Represent yourself and Empower with the utmost professionalism in all communications and interactions.
5. Maintain and nurture agent relationships for ongoing retention and growth.

Requirements:
Must have experience as a Transaction Coordinator. Real Estate License preferred. Real Estate software knowledge such as TCWorkflow/OpenToClose, Skyslope, Back Agent, KW Command, DotLoop, Transaction Desk, Zipform, DocuSign, etc. preferred.
