We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced SEO Specialist to optimize our online presence, drive organic traffic, and ensure that our website ranks highly in search engine results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO strategies, Google Analytics, and how to set up tracking systems to capture all lead data from our website.
**Job Overview:**
As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all search engine optimization activities for DediRock Hosting. You will work on identifying target keywords, optimizing content, and implementing strategies to improve our search rankings. In addition, you will set up and manage Google Analytics to track website traffic and lead conversions, ensuring that our SEO efforts are aligned with business goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Google Analytics Management:** Set up, manage, and interpret data from Google Analytics and other tracking tools. Ensure all website traffic and leads are being accurately tracked and reported.
- **Keyword Research:** Conduct thorough keyword research to identify the most valuable search terms for our business. Ensure that our content is optimized for these keywords to improve organic rankings.
- **On-Page Optimization:** Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and other on-page elements to align with SEO best practices.
- **Technical SEO:** Ensure that the website is technically optimized for search engines, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, proper indexing, and sitemap management.
- **Content Strategy:** Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-optimized content that drives traffic and conversions.
- **Lead Tracking & Reporting:** Set up conversion tracking to monitor leads generated from organic search traffic. Analyze and report on SEO performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Competitor Analysis:** Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in search rankings.
- **Backlink Strategy:** Develop and execute a strategy to build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and rankings.
**Qualifications:**
- **SEO Expertise:** In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and ranking factors.
- **Google Analytics Proficiency:** Expertise in using Google Analytics and other tracking tools to monitor traffic, behavior, and conversion data.
- **Keyword Research:** Strong experience in conducting keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- **Technical Skills:** Experience with technical SEO, including working with sitemaps, robots.txt, page speed optimization, and schema markup.
- **Content Optimization:** Knowledge of how to optimize web content for SEO, including experience with keyword placement and meta descriptions.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making:** Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- **Communication Skills:** Strong communication skills to collaborate with the marketing team and report on SEO performance.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** 3-5 years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search rankings.
- **Technical Knowledge:** Familiarity with the web hosting or tech industry is a plus.
- **Tool Proficiency:** Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and others.
