  • Overall responsible for leading and managing projects and initiatives related to improving Digital Experience (DX) of customers (CX) and employees (EX) as well as automation through digital technologies that improve end-user productivity with the ultimate goal of generating business value from them. Champions DX and end-user process automation across the enterprise.
  • Leads the development and execution of the DX Strategy and Program
  • As necessary, acts as a Product Owner of the DX tools being developed using Scrum methodology
  • Partners with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to deliver the program
  • Ensures that projects and/or initiatives in the program are delivered on-time, within budget and meeting agreed requirements
  • Owns the Employee Experience platform (APEX) and influences other employee services-related projects to be onboarded in the platform
  • Leads the identification of areas where digital technologies (e.g., RPA, mobile) can improve end-user productivity and develop a program for them

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Finance and Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or other related 4-year course
  • MS degree preferred but not required
  • At least 5 years of combined experience in delivering IT projects with 2 years using digital technologies e.g., mobile app, cloud and employing Scrum as methodology
  • Has experience leading a team that delivers customer and employee/user facing apps
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams (members not directly reporting to her/him) and managing stakeholders at the executive level
  • PMP and Scrum preferred
