The Project Development Officer shall provide technical assistance to the Project Manager and the Technical Team Lead in the development of various wind farm projects of Triconti ECC Renewables Corporation (the “Company”).

He / She ensures that the Company’s key objectives are met i.e., development of relevant projects, completion of its technical study, and / or securing of the necessary permits and licenses, within ideal timelines and financial targets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

a. Project Development - Environment

i. Plays an active role in any stage of a given project by providing valuable and relevant assistance to the Project Manager or the Technical Team Lead on his / her assigned technical role.

ii. Prepares technical documents, presentations, reports, materials studies, or other documents relevant to the project, based on the technical role assigned to him / her.

a. Reviews, consolidates, and writes technical reports of land development (i.e., IEE, EPRMP, IMP, CDMP, etc.)

b. Participates in the review of plans submitted by the technical team, consultants, and contractors and assess the feasibility of proposals and identify needed changes.

c. Prepares project reports and documents for internal monitoring and reportorial requirements of relevant permits.

d. Assists in documentation and administrative tasks assigned to the Technical Team.

iii. Operates, monitors, or maintains tools or data issued to him / her in the performance of his / her duties on the assigned technical role.

iv. Manages assigned projects in coordination with the local and international project teams.

v. Prepares budget forecasts or project financials in coordination with Partners, Project Management and Finance among others.

vi. Conducts site visit, evaluation, field studies, legwork, and / or local stakeholder coordination relevant to the development and completion of the project. This includes the following duties:

a. Assesses regional environment of projects to create plans and design concepts and map out the most effective use of the community’s land, resources, and infrastructure

b. Performs fieldwork responsibilities including gathering of data and provide support to field units in their land use-related activities (i.e., biodiversity assessment, risk assessment, environmental site survey, tree inventory, etc.)

c. Evaluates project environment to determine hazards that may cause illness and damage to surroundings and recommend appropriate mitigating measures

d. Monitors proper implementation and realization of the project by conducting site visits and active engagements, coordination, and meetings among others.

vii. Represents the Company in any meeting, orientation, seminars, workshops, inter-agency coordination, and other engagements related to the development of the Company’s wind farm projects.

a. Leads or participates in meetings and discussions to address issues and concerns on project development

viii. Ensures regulatory compliance of the projects by providing technical support and close coordination needed by the Development Team in securing from various regulatory bodies the necessary permits, certificates, licenses, contracts, and other project documentation works.

a. Liaises with relevant government agencies or local government units and secure documents and permits related to tenurial instruments and land use (i.e., ECC, CNC, FLAg, SLUP, etc.)

b. Maintains current knowledge of standards, legislations, and regulations on environmental management

ix. Researches on readily available data and new technologies which can be applied to the projects

x. Maintains network inventory of consultants and contractors for the projects

b. Ad Hoc Activities

i. Performs ad hoc tasks and duties that may be assigned by the Management, Project Manager or the Technical Team Lead from time to time.

Skills Requirement and Qualifications

a. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (particularly in wind energy, or renewable energy but not a requirement) or any related field of study based on competency or assigned technical role.

b. Excellent communications, decision-making, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills must be possessed.

c. Significant experience in a Project Development Officer role.

d. Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in complex project environments, prepare responses/narrative quickly and clearly and use personal initiative.

e. Good interpersonal and networking skills, and a highly articulate team player.
